At dentsu, he expanded the global data and analytics practice by over 260% year-on-year, creating products in forecasting, attribution, and media mix modeling. At Walmart eCommerce, he led global data and analytics platforms powering innovation across the ecosystem. Mikhail is also an active board member with AIM Research’s Technology Leadership Council, contributing to industry thought leadership. Known for mentoring and recruiting top talent worldwide, he has built world-class teams across three continents, while also speaking at leading summits on AI and enterprise data strategy.
